You would be working closely with a small team help support their offices. If you’re self motivated and great at meeting deadlines, this role will prove to provide lots of career and growth opportunities!
In Accounts Receivable Specialist you can expect to:
- Reconcile monthly client billings and report project costs
- Act as liaison between project operations staff, subcontractor’s accounting, and accounting management?
- Support with managing and organizing contracts and other project related documentation
- Enter invoices into computer and process payments
- Ensure all project costs are posted prior to client billings
- Read construction contracts to determine billing deadlines
- Other Day to day support
Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Data entry experience
- Proficient with MS Office and accounting software such as Sage, PROCOR, Textura, or GCPay
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
Pay: $62K-70K depending on experience
Location: This position is in person in Woodinville, WA.
