Form of workThis hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in New York City. Hybrid in-office expectations are twice a week, on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Foot Locker it hiring a Sr. Procurement Analyst - Construction to join our team! This role will be responsible for working with the Sr. Manager of Construction Procurement, N.A. in supporting the Store Development Construction Project schedule. This includes managing the roll-out schedule and capital maintenance spend management & distribution, managing purchase order creation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials through communicating with suppliers, freight carriers, project managers, and general contractors. The role is part of the larger Foot Locker Global Procurement Center of Excellence.
- Procurement of materials, equipment, and fixtures to be used across Foot Locker Divisions
- Coordination and effective communication with business partners and vendors regarding production and delivery timing, requirements, and cost analysis through project completion
- Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency
- Build relationships with suppliers and overseeing schedules to mitigate risks and resolve challenges
- Gather and analyze vendor quotes making sure all elements reflected on store drawings are ordered to formulate budgets for Project Managers
- Create requisition, purchase order, receiving and invoice processing for assigned projects
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites
- Build, maintain, and submit Owner Furnished Items (OFI) budgets to Project Managers
- Execute procurement activity for all transactions in accordance with policies
- Reconciling invoices, change orders, and back charges
- Assist with or manage administrative needs and/or special projects for the team on an as needed basis
- Become proficient in systems (PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP Ariba, and others)
- Compile ad hoc financial reports as needed
- Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction category
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Proficient in SAP Ariba
- Experience with PowerBI helpful
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams, while still able to work independently
- Ability to perform efficiently in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Results oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to take direction, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities

The annual base salary range is $70000-$80000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
