Senior Procurement Analyst

Delaware North is hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our procurement team. As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will be using your purchasing, inventory, accounting, supplier management, receiving, recipe and data entry skills to manage and support aspects of the BirchStreet P2P system. Within this collaborative team, you will be assisting with data entry, maintenance, training, reporting, troubleshooting, testing and system setup.

• Aid in the overall implementation, execution, support, and completion for the company’s BirchStreet Procure-to-Pay platform (cloud-based SaaS solution), including eProcurement, Receiving, Accounts Payable, Item Management, Recipe and Inventory functionality.
• Host virtual training sessions for new units and refresh sessions for steady units with new seasonal employees
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and subsidiary leaders as well as power users to help with adoption and successful implementations
• Address support tickets/calls from our different locations
• Help maintain enterprise SharePoint support site that house best practices, tips, troubleshooting, and help videos

• Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field, with 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in master data management or system implementation and project management
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power BI
• Knowledgeable on accounts payable, EDI payments, system data integration, SharePoint, and FSA financials and familiar with procurement category management processes
• Capacity to travel for business
