As a member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing all tasks and projects associated with multiple international facility construction and site turn ups. Our Facilities Team members are a critical resource to supporting the successful operation of Axon. This position serves a critical role in leading this team to success.
Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale AZ HQ office 2 days a week, and travel required 25% of time between our international locations
Reports To: VP, Global Real Estate and Facilities
Direct Reports: None
- Support and coordinate international construction projects
- Identify providers and establish core service contracts for new facility builds.
- Track and monitor construction project budgets
- Ensures any changes to project scope are documented and approved
- Works with management to ensure lease/lease renewals are accurate and completed on time
- Coordinate annual service contracts for International Facilities
- Maintain accurate records within Facilities database
- Coordinate between Axon internal stakeholders on construction projects
- Act as a liaison between Axon and any outside contractors
- Have the flexibility to adjust with dynamic business priorities
- Ensures safety standards are followed by vendors throughout Axon's facilities
- Prioritize project work to meet Facilities team project deadlines
- Complete work in accordance with Axon standard operating procedures and policies
- Observe and promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, federal, state, and company rules and regulations
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
- Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with all employees/departments, maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in varied building project coordinator/management roles. International experience preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills required
- Must possess excellent time management skills and be adaptable to change
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and work within deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
