Facility Maintenance Coordinator:

This role will ensure our facilities will be properly maintained, addressing repairs, damages and any miscellaneous issues. Assist with fleet maintenance and company materials. This candidate must be willing to respond to calls after business hours.
Responsibilities:
- General fleet maintenance; picking up company vehicles from vendors and assisting fleet with vehicle repairs
- General facility maintenance; building repairs, damage prevention/control. inspections, and grounds keeping
- Warehouse inventory and materials; assisting picking up materials from various vendors, maintaining a clean warehouse/yard, and report weekly inventory

- Clean driving record

- Equipment and mechanical repair
- Power tool experience
- Heavy lifting
- Overall preventative maintenance
- 1+ years of building maintenance experience
