Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator/Admin (on-site position in Tempe, Arizona)

100% on-site Role in Tempe, AZ - M-F | $25.00 hour (non-negotiable)

Highlights:

M-F position on-site. Office Operations/Admin background would be helpful. Solid tech skills (familiarity with Slack, Zoom, G-suite would be great, bonus points if they have JIRA experience). This role can also be physical at times and they shouldn't be afraid to get their hands dirty on occasion (e.g. moving boxes, rearranging supply rooms, setting up meeting rooms/event spaces, etc.).

Necessary Experience/Skills:

• Understanding of Google Sheets formulas and technical skills
• Combo of taking care of a facility, customer service, and customer facing communication
• Strong verbal, written communication and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias to action
• The person in this position will need to be a master at handling multiple tasks and projects with a “no-job-is-too-small” attitude, an ability to take thoughtful initiative, and the desire to go above and beyond.

A day in the role:

• JIRA Tickets
• Candidates must be comfortable lifting boxes and will be on their feet constantly. Ex. Will be asked to organize supply closets.
• Multi-tasking
• Will report to the Sr. Office Manager to support our hyper-growing Phoenix Team spread out across two office locations.
• Everyday will look different
