Peraton is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Data Management Program Administrator to work on the Digital Transformation, Acquisition, Modernization, and Modification (DTAMM) program. Become part of our team where we will partner with the United States Space Force (USSF) to employ modernization and digital transformation efforts that enable the acceleration of a national launch cadence across the Eastern Range (ER) and Western Range (WR).
The Space Force is focused on developing a scalable system capable of responding to the demands of National Security Space Agencies' objectives and DoD's Test and Evaluation (T&E) needs as well as ensuring the Nation's ability to access space. The Range Architectural line of effort will be enabled through innovative employment of cloud technologies, software development services, AI/ML, hardware modernization, and cyber security strategies. These efforts will improve data acquisition, processing, and distribution while enhancing collaboration between government and commercial launch partners. Prototypes and emerging technologies will be advanced into the LTRS architecture and incrementally delivered as operational capabilities, supporting the objectives of increased launch capacity and tempo for our nations ER and WR spaceports. This position has 10% estimated travel.
The CMA will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Executing the Configuration Management consistent with the LTRS CMP and generate, submit, and provide configuration control of ECPs.
- Support and participate in each range's configuration control.
- Ensure no changes are implemented without Government approval IAW the LTRS CMP.
- Report system discrepancies to the baseline when discrepancies are discovered and submit an ECP any time that the discovery is made (e.g., through Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI), Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM), or site audits).
- Update architectural artifacts at the RI level and below for all new modifications or updates to existing documentation.
- Support IRR and RRB onboarding execution, IRR/RRB/IPT memberships, and support Agile CM business IRR and RRB onboarding best practices similar to industry to increase output speed.
- Support CM integrated data, processing systems architecture, software control, and CM status-accounting (e.g., recording, reporting, and repository) tools used to maintain version control, requirements management (e.g., artifacts), and architecture products.
- Deliver and support the CM tools and databases; and provide training to designated Government contractors' personnel on the proper use of selected Government CM Database(s) (e.g., currently Windchill) CM tools and systems, data version control, transmittal, and access control.
- Support the development, distribution, maintenance, and reviews of the Data Management Plan.
- Utilize Microsoft (MS) Teams or equivalent tools for virtual IRRs and support CM and business data management flow.
- Support FCAs, PCAs and the development of final FCA and PCA report(s).
- Support CM Site Verification Audits (SVA).
- Support in the development, distribution, maintenance, and reviews of the CMPs using the Military Handbook (MIL-HDBK)-61B CM Guidance document.
- Create dashboard(s), and conduct briefings to communicate IRR, RRB, and cyber walk downs hardware/software status and process metrics.
- Support developing, participating in, coordinating, briefing status, training, tracking, and assisting in the development-to-sustainment of CM requirements acceptance, turnover, and transition activities.
- Ensure project personnel have completed all activities to support CM turnover, transition, and the operational acceptance process consistent with the current instructions.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; Without a degree 14+ years of experience may be considered
- 10+ years of similar CM/DM support to Launch Range Systems
- Experience coordinating changes with all levels of leadership
- Active Secret Clearance
Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
