Socsouth Global Force Management Analyst

OPPORTUNITY:
Operations Directorate Global Force Management (GFM) Support: ANSER is seeking analysts with backgrounds in special operations and who have at least 10 years of experience supporting U.S. efforts in the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) area of responsibility (AOR).
RELEVANT EXPERTISE:
Successful candidates will possess the future operations expertise necessary to plan, coordinate, and execute long range events and activities conducted by U.S. Special Operations Forces in the SOUTHCOM AOR, including the SOCSOUTH Forward Commands, related regional special operations campaigns and all other DoD programs that support the GCC theater security strategy.
Successful candidates will be experienced Global Force Managers who are familiar with the tasks, systems and coordination required to execute CCMD/TSOC deployments.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Verified/Certified Spanish Language Proficiency
• SOUTHCOM AOR experience, Special Operations experience, and experience managing special operations deployments using SOCSOUTH, SOUTHCOM or SOCOM GFM processes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and/or CCMD staffs is preferred.

EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of SOUTHCOM AOR experience
• A bachelor's degree or higher, or an associate's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or High School and 15+ years of relevant experience.
