Form of workAs a intern with Shamrock Foods Company, you will support department initiatives and participate in hands on work to develop your professional skillset. This internship assignment will take place from January to March, 2024.
Pay is weighted on several factors, hourly wage starts at $18.00 to 22.00 an hour.
Essential Duties:
- Provide support for the Human Resources department in an accurate and timely manner
- Support in group interviews and new hire orientations
- Manage I-9 documentations
- Participate in attendance reviews
- Engage in various scheduling efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related degree
- Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must live in or near Aurora, Colorado
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
- Effective task management
- High level of motivation and adaptability
- Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
