Job description

This role supports the design and flawless execution of Talent Programs and processes that drive organizational effectiveness at Spirit Airlines. This position reports to the Mgr, Talent Mgmt & Dev. and will be responsible for the following functions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute learning programs. Consult on and deliver training solutions and evaluate the success of projects and programs.
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and logistics of Spirit’s learning management system – Spirit U, including maintenance of accurate user account data, audit user data for accuracy, and proactively correct errors troubleshooting and escalation to LMS team, access provisioning, roster management, and course completion records.
  • Works to understand Talent Programs; recommends solutions, gains approval, and executes techniques to improve user effectiveness (such as reporting, partnership with HRBPs, communication plan development, etc).
  • Identify and report on key metrics to show impact on Team Member performance and organizational outcomes.
  • Encourage buy-in and promote various courses, campaigns, and Team Member use of Talent Programs.
  • Create and maintain project plans, and calendar that identify milestones, timelines, and resources to ensure project delivery. Provide status reports on a regular and ad-hoc schedule.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience. (Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or related discipline).
  • Experience in the functional role of Learning and Development or Instructional Design/Delivery.
  • Stakeholder management, consulting, and gap analysis/needs identification.
  • High ethical standards and ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Technology savvy, with strong MS Office 365 skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills to balance multiple priorities and dynamic workload.
  • Must be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
  • Domestic & International travel under 10% of the time.
  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally or a negligible amount frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
