Position Summary:
As a member of the professional staff, contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Resort Operations, Sales & Marketing etc.) area to support team and/or department business objectives.
Generally, works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process.
The Program Manager plays a pivotal role within our team, focusing primarily on our Talent Excellence Center. This individual is responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of the facility's technology, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.Beyond the local scope, this role extends support to the deployment and troubleshooting of our marketing and sales tech solutions, which are vital to our presence in over 50 galleries worldwide.
This managerial role requires a blend of technical proficiency and operational acumen, aimed at enhancing our technological footprint and infrastructure resilience.
Expected Contributions:
- Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of the Talent Excellence Center's technology and infrastructure, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring services and products meet our quality and performance standards.
- Supervise janitorial and facility maintenance services at our Talent Excellence Center in Orlando, ensuring a wellstocked and equipped environment for workshops and events.
- Support the team tasked with the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of marketing and sales tech across our global galleries, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Provide project management support for technology initiatives, from conception through deployment, including planning, execution, and evaluation stages.
- Serve as a liaison between the tech experiences team and other departments, facilitating crossfunctional collaboration and communication to drive project success.
- Implement and refine project management and tracking systems to improve transparency and outcomes of technology and infrastructure projects.
- Actively contribute to the troubleshooting and problemsolving of techrelated issues at the Talent Excellence Center, employing a handson approach to ensure mínimal operational disruption.
- Engage in continuous learning and research to stay ahead of technological advancements, aiming to incorporate innovative solutions into our operations and offerings.
- Work closely with the Learning and Tech Experiences leadership to align technology and infrastructure projects with organizational goals and strategies.
- Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones.

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in technology deployment, facility operations, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record in managing technology, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
- Experience in project management within technology and infrastructure domains.
- Familiarity with global technology deployment, especially in a retail or sales gallery setting, is advantageous.
- Prior experience working in a fastpaced, crossfunctional team environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical aptitude, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams, vendors, and stakeholders across various levels.
