About the Job:
We are seeking a People & Talent Programs Specialist to join the People Department's Learning & Performance team, reporting to the Director of Learning, Development & Talent Management. The Specialist will support key People Department's initiatives, including staff development, performance, communications, policy management, and other special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and execute People and Talent programs, emphasizing performance management and staff development.
- Craft and manage engaging communications and materials to integrate initiatives into DocGo culture, adjusting to evolving needs.
- Handle technical and data aspects of L&D (Learning & Development) and performance processes, including analytics and system maintenance.
- Lead and support a variety of projects across the People Department, from performance reviews to compliance projects, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives to drive participation and gather actionable insights.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree and/or HR (Human Resources) certification is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and critical thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism, capable of managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-starter attitude, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and adapting to rapid organizational changes.
- A creative and collaborative spirit, always ready to support the team and enhance departmental operations.
Preferred Qualification:
- At least 1+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance and learning.
- Familiarity with project management tools, performance management platforms, learning management systems (LMS), design tools (e.g., Canva), and HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday).
