Goldsmith & Co is seeking to hire a New York-based Special Assistant to work alongside the Founder/CEO. This role requires an eye for organization, thoughtful time management, and remarkable judgement. This person will function as a “right hand” who is comfortable in a high output, fast-paced environment where he/she will work on an array of engaging projects across businesses, properties, and the Founder’s life.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Organize, manage, and track multiple high-level projects with the willingness to learn and adapt to frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate complex high-end domestic and international personal/family travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, dining reservations, activities, etc.
- Drive end-to-end execution of various property related projects with a book of 40+ vendors. Must maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Manage and maintain the office operations.
- Help to coordinate the logistics and schedules his daughters.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $950,000.00 per year
