Spa Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa.
- Manage and supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Create and maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and attract new customers
- Prepare reports on spa performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity
Required Qualifications:
Must have 4-5 years of Spa/Clinic Management
Bachelor's Degree Preferred in a Hospitality field, or combination of experience and education
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in retail management, preferably in a spa or wellness setting
- Proficient in shift management, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and ability to manage staff schedules effectively
- Familiarity with market trends and ability to adapt services accordingly
- Experience in inventory control, monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
- Budgeting skills to manage expenses within allocated resources
- Multilingual abilities to cater to diverse clientele
- Ability to conduct employee orientation programs and provide ongoing training
- Store management skills, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions
