The Spa Coordinator is an integral part of the Guest Services Team at the Spa whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after. The Spa Host is based in the Relaxation Room and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. This person orients the guest around to the spa facility, European heat experience and the locker room areas, assist them to their appointments while providing quality service and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Position Requirements
- Immediately greet guest and offer to assist with their needs.
- Properly orientating guests around the facility and locker room areas.
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Restock all linens and guest amenities.
- Escort guests to their spa appointment in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist in conducting monthly inventory of spa operating and guests supplies as requested.
- Effectively communicate details regarding the facility and its amenities to guests.
- Communicate with management of any member, guest, or facility issues.
- Reset showers with amenities and linen after each use.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Experience
- High school diploma or comparable work experience.
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
