Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Turn callers into guests
• Comprehensive knowledge of the spa's menu and products
• Maintain an appealing spa front
• Optimize the Schedule
• Portray a professional image
• Maximize the number of treatments per guest
• Know & track own performance
• Build strong team relations
• Meet Membership Presentation Sales Goals
