Spa Coordinator/Receptionist

Clean Slate Waxing Lounge is locally owned and operated. Our first location located in Northwest Austin opened in 2016. Our second location at the Wolf Ranch Town Center in Georgetown, TX opened in February 2022!

We are looking for 1 Spa Coordinators for the Georgetown location. *Experience in the beauty/spa industry is required *

Wednesdays: 9am - 5pm, Thursdays: 8:30am - 7pm, Fridays: 8:30am - 4pm and Saturdays 9:30am - 5pm

*64 hours per biweekly pay period*

Our lounge provides a modern, tranquil and professional atmosphere offering a complete menu of waxing, skincare, natural nails, brow and lash services and massage therapy.

We love our clients and provide extraordinary personal service to each and every one of our clients. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, enthusiastic, customer oriented and friendly individual who can multi-task to work as a receptionist at our spa. Have an acute attention to detail & ability to think on your feet. A responsible & wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Displaying excellent customer service skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Multitasking.
• Selling wax packages, memberships, gift cards, retail products and upgrading services.
• Providing great service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments and greeting upon arrival.
• Educating clients about spa services, products and policies.
• Maintaining a professional front desk and lobby area.
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of common areas and break room and laundry.
• Maintains a polished a professional image.
