Our name "Kukui`ula" is the place name of our location on Kauai's southern shore, near world-famous Poipu Beach. Kukui`ula comes from two Hawaiian words: kukui, or candlenut - a traditional Hawaiian source for lighting oil - and 'ula, which means "red". In ancient Kauai, Kukui`ula served as a place to burn the kukui nut oil at night, its red glow guiding seafarers safely back to shore.

Role Overview:

In the role of Spa Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Retail operations of the Spa boutique. This includes overseeing inventory of operating supplies, locker supplies, and assisting with schedules and retail host shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Spa Industry
• Extensive knowledge of retail sales and boutique operations
• Proven track record in account management
• Excellent writing skills

Requirements:

• Spearhead boutique sales to maximize revenue and ensure proper receiving and inventory methods are utilized
• Conduct a weekly inventory of operational supplies and retail needs and order according to anticipated occupancy/usage
• Communicate key Club information to spa team and work with other departments to address spa needs
• Maintain files of important documents and conduct quarterly retail inventory
• A natural 'go-getter' with an upbeat and enthusiastic demeanor
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communicator with an ability to build relationships quickly and collaborate effectively.
