Position Description
Valiant is looking for an experienced Program Support Analyst specializing in Defense Security Management and front office administrative support for a position at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J8 Directorate for Programs and Requirements. The Program Support Analyst acts as the USINDOPACOM/J81 Division’s Security Manager responsible for oversight and administration of all physical, personnel and cyber security policies, as well as providing front office administrative support to the J81 leadership for scheduling, resource and task management tracking. In addition, this position works with senior military leaders for planning and organizing distinguished visitor trips, conferences and other routine facility and organizational management tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide front office support, general customer service, welcome VIPs, support the J81/85 Leadership team with administrative requirements.
- Act as the Security Manager for USINDOPACOM J81/85 responsible for the physical, personal and cyber security oversight of over 100 military, government civilian and contract personnel.
- Coordinate visits to USINDOPACOM J81/85 by ensuring inbound personnel security requirements are satisfied, badging is conducted expeditiously, required briefings are conducted, and workspaces are appropriately assigned.
- Coordinate exchanges with special security requirements including alternative compensatory control measures (ACCM), special access programs (SAP), and sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- Administer the Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS) ADMIN/Security Officer (SO) - Role Based Access Control (RBAC), which is a methodology for controlling user access to computer applications, increasing security.
- Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) System Administrator – Management of all J81/J85 JWICS accounts creations and overall maintenance within the JWICS network.
- Assist the J8 Special Security Representative (SSR) - Perform validation of SCI access requirements (need-to-know), Submits SCI Access nomination packages for processing approval, and Submits SCI perm certification requests for respective directorate personnel.
- Submit foreign travel notifications for respective directorate personnel.
- Initiate e-QIP investigation packages for qua1ifying personnel.
- Provides local security procedures to newly-arrived or indoctrinated SCI staff, Disseminates security products to the workforce for their awareness via bulletin boards, newsstands or e-mails.
- Track project requirements and provides scheduling, security, and material support to project managers to ensure project objectives are completed on schedule.
Position Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and NIPR/SIPR/JWICS networks to produce and maintain a wide variety of documents.
- Demonstrated knowledge of INDOPACOM headquarters organizational structure, command policies and boards, bureaus, centers, cells and working group systems.
- Experience and familiarity with Department of Defense instructions for Security Management to include SCIFs, ACCM and SAP in addition to collateral SECRET and TS/SCI requirements.
- Must be comfortable interacting with senior government executives, military personnel, and other contractors performing staff functions and coordinating actions between various policy organizations.
- Must possess current TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain additional SAP and ACCM read-in’s.
- US citizen must be able to obtain US passport.
- DOD Security Certification preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- 10 years’ specialized experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Some walking, bending, stooping, and carrying of objects, manuals, documents, and computer equipment.
- Must be able to travel locally in support of program.
