Administrative Assistant (Waipahu)
Oka’s Auto Body is a well established Collision Repair shop that has been servicing the Leeward area since 1965. We’re a family owned and operated, local company that believes in repairing vehicle as the manufacturer recommends, while providing outstanding customer service along the way. We’re currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our team in assisting customers through the repair process. Automotive experience is always a plus, but we’re happy to train the right individual.
-Administrative support
-Photo and Video documentation
-Helping to create accurate repair plans
-Parts ordering and File Documentation
-Scheduling of deliveries and repairs
-Preparing and inputting invoices accurately
-Managing cash receipts and collection.
-General office maintenance and operation.
-Other clerical duties and errands as assigned.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key by touch.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints and working effectively as a team player in a professional office environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
