We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department, have excellent communication and time management skills, and thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and entering orders into the system
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Research outside vendors' products and pricing information
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and track status of orders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
