What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Global LeadSourcing Manager within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our TA Connections division and is a US-based, remote position. In this role, you will report directly to and support the Global Director of Airline Sourcing, Joanne Liukkonen. The Global LeadSourcing Manager will regularly collaborate with the Global Sourcing Team, Client Services, IT and Business Development, as needed.

As Global LeadSourcing Manager, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Supporting the Global Director of Airline Souring and acting as Director when Director is out of office
  • Reviewing team RFPs in full for accuracy prior to handover back to Client Services—50% of time
  • Acting as lead for both initial and recurrent training for global team and maintaining all training docs
  • Assisting in managing the client specs for accuracy and updates
  • Assisting in managing the RFP tool templates for accuracy and updates
  • Acting as lead and first point-of-contact for any sourcing-related IT issues
  • Assisting in managing the sourcing team SharePoint drive and team sourcing documents
  • Assisting IT with enhancements to the RFP tool as primary point of contact for collaboration
  • Performing Q&A testing in the staging environment for enhancements and IT ticketed items prior to release to production
  • Assigning markets to the team in the Director’s absence
  • Liaising with Client Services teams as needed to improve processes
  • Reviewing, editing and uploading RFP market intel for global team
  • Signing and finalizing Universal Rate Agreements
  • Management company onboarding in IPC
  • Working on global client initiatives
  • Assisting Business Development as requested for new business RFPs
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must have over 2 years Sourcing departmental experience
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Full proficiency working in TAConnect IPC
  • Full understanding of all department processes and procedures
  • Full understanding of global client specs and requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, to include time off standard 8-5 hours
  • Proven proficiency in the department for handling a large number of RFPs simultaneously (8-10)
  • Proven proficiency in the department for handing RFPs over on time and accurate per the specs
