Pay Range: $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Client&PS required contracting projects in support of corporate initiatives, such as M&A, across Client global operations.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress based on the agreed upon scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & executive level reporting
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- 5+ years program delivery or related experience.
- Proven ability to navigate through an organization to “get things done.
- Metric oriented, with a track record of delivering value add solutions, data driven decision maker who utilizes data to direct decision making.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Sourcing & Procurement experience is a plus.
- Sourcing & Procruement divestitiure experience is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- BA/BS degree required.
