Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.

The position ofSewer Sales Technicianis to repair/replace sewer lines as per sales contracts. The position is responsible for the job site during the excavation process, this includes preparation, execution, and cleanup of sewer replacements.

• Sewer installation experience for residential homes.
• Coordinate with Excavation Operator and Estimator before beginning the job the most successful way to complete Sewer Replacement/Repair.
• Conduct sales presentations to residential homeowners regarding sewer installation services, emphasizing the benefits and features of the offered solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products, such as sewer line maintenance plans, additional plumbing fixtures, or enhanced warranty packages, during customer interactions and sales presentations.
• Accurately measure, cut, and reconnect sewer pipe.
• Confirm before leaving the site that the customer is satisfied with the result and signature has been obtained
• Collect the balance on the work order
• Maintain contact with the salesperson should issues arise on the job site that may impact customer experience
• Assist in loading materials at the warehouse at the beginning of each day
• At the end of each work day report/debrief with Production Coordinator
• Manage daily work-related administrative assignments update work orders, timesheets, invoicing, debriefing, etc...
• Will be working in Residential areas, in trenches averaging 4 ft - 18 ft deep
• Report to the Warehouse each morning no later than 7:30 AM unless directed otherwise in the assigned company uniform
• Maintain accurate report of time and report on Weekly Timesheet each Tuesday
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and service vehicle
• Maintain accurate inventory of both truck stock and items used on the job site
• Operate company vehicle in a responsible and courteous manner
• Adhere to all safety policies and protocol
• Participate in training sessions and company meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements

• Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber License
• Minimum of 3-5+ years ofrelevant professional experience
• Sales and/or upselling experience in plumbing is a plus
• Excellent time management skills and strong Customer Service focus
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers to educate, explain, recommend
• Familiarity with required tools and special industry equipment
• Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness in dealing with customers; some cash handling
• Ability to work a varying schedule depending on the companys needs
• Will safely drive and be able to maintain a well-inventoried company truck and maintain a clean driving record
• Ability to follow directions well, and demonstrate sound work ethics.
• Able to tolerate working outdoors year-round in the elements/weather; lifting, transporting, and adjusting heavy objects and equipment 75 100 pounds; bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, reaching; working in confined spaces; climbing ladders; exposure to smells associated with Sewer and Water; exposures to sounds associated with power tools; may come in contact with sharp, hot/cold supplies or equipment

• Driver's license and a cleanDriving Record
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
