JOB TITLE: Recruitment/Sourcing Manager

The responsibilities of a Recruitment manager include:
1) Developing and monitoring HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across all businesses
2) Understand and analyze the need for manpower in the company.
3) Create a well-written and informative Job Description.
4) Source good quality candidates from platforms like Indeed, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
5) Managing the recruitment and selection processes for all companies
6) Making sure that the line of questions and qualifications of the candidates are aligned with what the company needs and our culture.
7) Oversee the orientation, deployment, and training of the newly hired candidates.
8) Report to management and provide decision support through Recruitment metrics
9) Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. This involves the construction of the offer letter, contracts, and other necessary documents for the newly hired contractors/employees.
10) Keep track of KPIs through effective employee acquisition.
11) Keeping track of all our employees'/contractors' files and records.
12) Participate in the company’s weekly meetings.
