Summary: The Solution Analyst I is responsible for maintaining Rogers EMR power chart and for assisting with help desk tickets. The Solution Analyst works collaboratively with IT and end users to drive positive end user experience, optimize application workflows and utilization, and contribute to organizational strategic goals. The Solution Analyst I will apply agile development approaches through team self-organization by participating in daily scrum meetings to facilitate the development of new technology optimizations and solutions. This position will also provide first-tier issue support for their solution area while continuously developing their domain knowledge in designing, implementing and maintaining solutions for their assigned application systems.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related healthcare, computer information systems, health informatics, or related field discipline is required
- Master's degree preferred
- Electronic Medical Records(EMR) experience required
- Healthcare industry experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience with software project management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Agile preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience working closely with physician-related solutions or healthcare management preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed

- Position is remote.
