Our client is seeking a Technical Senior Accountant / SEC Reporting Accountant. Great opportunity to join a strong Accounting and Finance team. Functions will include all external reporting (SEC, 10q, 10k, Equity) functions. The ideal candidate will have public accountant experience or transition from a similar external reporting role. CPA license is highly regarded. Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance required. Strong MS Excel skills are needed.
