We're looking to hire an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to our team. This role will report out of our Congers, NY headquarters.
This is a full-time role with the opportunity for long-term career development and advancement (we've been around for 50 years!)

Upon completion of training, this role will provide hybrid flexibility, offering 2 work-from-home days, and 3 days at our Congers, HQ.
The AP/Payroll Specialist candidate will be organized and meticulous, ensuring timeliness and precision throughout their day-to-day functions.
This includes:
- Invoicing, coding, and regular account analysis
- Ensure sales tax for all jurisdictions is accurate and accounted for
- Maintain up to date vendor profiles within internal system
- Process ACH payments, prepare analysis of accounts and monthly reports
- Process weekly payroll for company
You have:
- Associates Degree + 3 years of related experience.
- General accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
