The Analyst, Accumulator/Claim Extract ensures efforts are in alignment with the IT Client Operations Team to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. The Analyst, Accumulator/Claim Extract will act as a liaison by gathering, documenting, and delivering implementation requirements to all necessary departments for both accumulator and claims extracts. This individual will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the accumulator and claim extract processes. The Analyst, Accumulator/Claim Extract will maintain open lines of communication with other functional areas and departments.
This position may include after-hour and/or weekend hours with other eligible team members depending on workload.

- Act as a key participant in all assigned new client implementations, acting as a subject matter expert for all lines of business for accumulator and claims extract processes
- Collaborate with Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) and ITCO resources to review requirements and provide data mapping documentation to programming resources
- Participate in post implementation review meetings to evaluate processes and recommend future improvements
- Validate and test that enhancements meet client needs to ensure successful and timely client implementations
- Develop and maintain end-to-end documentation of claims extract information and accumulators, including workflows, training documents, CRM data, and policies/procedures
- Work with business teams and ITCO peers to initiate operational efficiencies for accumulator and claims extract processes
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, retail pharmacy, or health insurance is preferred
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
