The position of Financial Analystperforms various financial analysis associated with the company’s financial operations as a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). The Financial Analyst compiles financial data in various formats to be used by Senior Leadership, SSM Health, and other key stakeholders in the organization.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Prepare monthly summary of revenue metrics including life counts and discount card volume by line of business.
- Compile revenue by client monthly file.
- Prepare life count by state and line of business.
- Prepare monthly claim volume report.
- Analyze and investigate revenue actual to budget variances each month. Provide analysis to Finance Leadership
- Assist with corporate budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze various revenue and expense variances.
- Participate in annual budget process support departments as needed.
- Support client profitability reporting.
- Assist with various financial analysis as generally required by the business, lease analysis, vendor analysis and other general financial modeling.
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- A minimum of two years financial analysis experience is desired.
- Experience working with financial data and understanding results.
- Experience with Accounting software.
- Experience creating financial models.
- Experience working with advanced Excel formulas.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

- Hours/Location: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Hybrid in Madison WI Office 2-3x/week
