Overview
The Solar Sales Canvasser, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will also educate and inform customers about the benefits of solar power and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads.
- Educate and inform potential customers about the benefits of solar power.
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with solar consultants.
- Assist solar consultants during in-home consultations.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential customers.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of daily canvassing efforts and sales activities.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or other related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
