Position: Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: South Florida (multiple office locations available)

Job Type: Full-time, Entry Level

Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission and bonuses, with the potential to break 200k+ in the first year. Representatives can make 30k+ per month.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to recommend appropriate products/services
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Learn and implement sales strategies to become a successful closer
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
