Requirements:
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- 1 year sales experience minimum
Duties/Responsibilities:
- We are looking for both closers, setters, and self-gen sales reps!!
- Generate leads by communicating with homeowners on the benefits of solar (door to door, cold calling, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct in-home/virtual sales consultations
- Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments
- Attend meetings and trainings with the team
- Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for:

Schedule:
- 5 day work week
- Weekend available (as needed)
