Senior Sales Representative
As a Senior Solar Sales Representative at Sunbright Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and promoting the benefits of solar energy to residential customers. You will attend to pre-scheduled qualified appoinments to educate homeowners on solar.
Responsibilities
- Assist to scheduled qualified appoinmetns and present the benefits of solar energy to potential clients through high level sales techniques.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and present terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and solar technology advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Attend company trainings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is heavily preffered.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Willing to work nights and weekends.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
