We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and effectively sell our solar solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough assessments of homeowners' energy needs and roof suitability for solar panel installation.
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Provide personalized recommendations and proposals based on homeowners' energy consumption, roof characteristics, and budget.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless integration of solar panels onto customers' roofs.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and follow up with potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government incentives to effectively communicate the advantages of solar energy to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their individual needs and preferences.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, and battery storage solutions, is preferred.
• Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and incentives related to solar installations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
