Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing, canvassing, and Sales teams in the thriving solar energy industry. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our canvassing and Sales teams, driving high-level results, and ensuring the successful implementation of our Marketing and Sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and management experience, particularly in the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor canvassing and Sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement comprehensive Marketing and Sales strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Operations department to ensure seamless project processing and efficient utilization of resources.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding the company's reach and influence in the solar industry.
- Performance Analysis: Implement performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing and Sales strategies, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication between marketing, sales, and other departments, ensuring a cohesive approach towards company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, specifically within the solar energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing sales teams, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and their integration into sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-level outcomes.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary starting at $120,000 or more, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- High-level bonus structure, enabling annual compensation in excess of $300,000 - $350,000 or more based on performance.
