Position Summary:
- Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home.
- Assess and qualify residential properties visually for installation requirements.
- Lead homeowners through the entire sales process.
- Attend weekly sales/training meetings.
- Become well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of our products and services.
- Set and meet/exceed your individual and team sales goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the solar industry preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated and self-starter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively manage time and maximize productivity.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Resilient, coachable, and able to move forward with a positive attitude when faced with challenges.

Training Pay:
