Social Media/Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing med spas nestled in Newport Beach and San Clemente, California. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our med spa. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services and packages.
• Manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and lobby.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient flow of clients and appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing client records.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Collaborate with the spa management team to implement strategies for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products and informing clients about promotions.
• Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Monitor and maintain social media account (Instagram, Google Business, Yelp)
• Work with social media management company to create contents

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in Med or Day spa
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Social media management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
