Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for all Turning Point Brands products, including Clipper Lighters, Zig-Zag Rolling Papers, STOKER'S chewing tobacco, FRE nicotine pouches, and Cotton Mouth Nicotine.
2. Manage and control all Social Media accounts, responding back to users on all platforms, and engaging with the community.
3. Handle and ship ambassador packages and orders every month from start to finish.
4. Research new trends, tools, and innovative ideas on marketing all products.
5. Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with brand objectives.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, creative, and sales, to ensure marketing materials are effective and on-brand.
7. Support the creation of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and point-of-sale displays.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
9. Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
10. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
11. Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and other documentation as needed.
12. Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on consumer products.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and a strong desire to learn and grow.
