Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who possesses strong skills in project management and communications. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our organic social channels to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TIkTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content including images, videos, and written copy tailored to each Social Media platform.
- Manage day-to-day activities on Social Media platforms including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant digital influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and drive brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and sales to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing and influencer partnerships to continually optimize strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or related experience.
Experience in Social Media management or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Social Media management tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in Social Media and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in influencer marketing or relationship management is a plus.
