Royal Public Schools is a new and innovative charter school that seeks to re-ignite the love learning in students who have been systemically disillusionsed by the traditional school system. Our program takes a wholistic approach focusing on the state required core subjects such as, math, science, social studies, and english language arts, as well as the addition of the performing and fine arts subjects, and enhanced social emotional wellness creating a balanced and blended learning expireince for EVERY student that walks through our doors. ```Duties```
- Create engaging and compelling content for Social Media platforms
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage Social Media calendars and scheduling of posts
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on Social Media platforms
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics-Actively participate in student recruitment initiatives -Correspond with various stakeholders to answer questions regarding school and school culture.

- Content creation: Ability to create high-quality and engaging content for various Social Media platforms
- Proofreading: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in written content - non-negotiable
- Video editing: Proficiency in video editing software to create visually appealing videos for Social Media - Preferred
- SEO: Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques to optimize Social Media content for better visibility - Nice to Have
- Google: Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads for tracking and analyzing Social Media performance - Nice to Have
- Social media marketing: Understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for effective marketing campaigns - Non-Negotiable
- Relationship management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates - Non-Negotiable
