Job Summary:

Meneses Law is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will create compelling content, manage Social Media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize campaigns effectively.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the content created by virtual content creators meets quality standards, aligns with brand guidelines, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyze engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and impressions to gauge the effectiveness of the content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor virtual assistants' responses to comments, messages, and mentions on Social Media platforms to maintain a positive brand image and foster engagement with the audience.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to content creators on how to optimize their content for better performance, including suggestions for improvement in visuals, captions, hashtags, amongst others
  • Prepare reports on Social Media key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to track progress and inform future content strategy decisions.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise with content, platforms, or audience interactions promptly and effectively to maintain the integrity of the brand's online presence.
  • Collaborate with the content creators to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas for upcoming campaigns, and ensure that content aligns with overarching marketing goals.
  • Developing engaging and relevant content for various Social Media platforms including text, images, videos and graphics.
  • Collaboration with the Social Media team to create content calendars and schedules aligned with the overall marketing strategy, goals and organization needs.
  • Provide training and support to virtual content creators to help them improve their skills, stay updated on Social Media trends, and boost productivity.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, features, and best practices in Social Media marketing to continuously enhance the brand's Social Media strategy and stay informed of the competition.
  • Be available to address any urgent requests that may arise outside of regular working hours, with sporadic checking on the performance of virtual assistants.
  • May perform other marketing duties or assigned tasks based on department needs.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective audience
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suire and MacOS systems.
  • Self-motivated, high achiever and with excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment with fast-paced changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut and Adobe CS Suite and other content creation programs.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Job Types: Full-time

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in marketing, excellent mathematics, language skills, and outstanding analytical insights.

Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance.  Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education/ Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
  • Reasoning Skills:
  • Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
  • Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
  • Other skills:
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management.
  • Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
