Social Media Creator & Marketing Specialist

As a Social Media/Marketing Speacialist at Adair Photography, you will be responsible for creating consistent content and promotional campaigns to help our current and potential customers visualize the experience and service Adair Photography offers across all digital and print platforms.

In this role you will be creating content across multiple platforms and review insights and analytics. From Facebook, Instagram, and TikToks to Google Ads & Analytics the ideal candidate is a self starter who MUST be a well rounded on all platforms. To maintain a presence where our target market is, this candidate should use local connections to advertise the studio and it's services.

Responsibilities:

• Use & Create on Social Media daily.
• Demonstrate passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on Social Media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Make relevant and trending content across all platforms from start to finish.
• Collaborate internally to source, ideate, and co-create original content purpose-built for social channels while ensuring proper support of core business initiatives.
• Monthly reports of engagement to evaluate and performance analytics to continually improving.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Plans using a planning platform
• Creates and strategies promotional marketing campaigns (ie. social ads, print, sponsorships & giveaways)
• Expands our audience and drive more clients to our website (submit our work to photography publications and awards)
• Generates regular email newsletters to our extensive client database
• Blog posts highlighting our sessions and studio culture
• Represent the studio at in person events
• Collaborate and partner with local businesses

Qualifications:

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and mastery of social channel mechanics, best practices, and building engagement (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Analyze engagement traffic to capture valuable insights regarding website performance and visitor data (Google Analytics, SEO, Meta Business)
• Photography skills
• Must have portfolio
• Passion for taking our brand to the next level!
• Canva design experience

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
