Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to support inbound lead quantity by growing and maintaining the practice’s overall Social Media presence through various content.
Job Duties:
- Make daily posts per week on various platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Post MedSpa provider availability every other day
- Post surgeon schedule weekly
- Post MedSpa specials weekly and monthly as well as periodically
- Post practice specials at start of month and then weekly thereafter
- Film surgeons in and out of or for individual surgeon content
- Film MedSpa providers periodically to refresh and update available content
- Work with practice leadership on strategies to diversify content and capture new audiences
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to align organizational and practice goals
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years proven experience in marketing, event planning, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
