Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to support inbound lead quantity by growing and maintaining the practice’s overall Social Media presence through various content.

Job Duties:

  • Make daily posts per week on various platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Post MedSpa provider availability every other day
  • Post surgeon schedule weekly
  • Post MedSpa specials weekly and monthly as well as periodically
  • Post practice specials at start of month and then weekly thereafter
  • Film surgeons in and out of or for individual surgeon content
  • Film MedSpa providers periodically to refresh and update available content
  • Work with practice leadership on strategies to diversify content and capture new audiences
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to align organizational and practice goals

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years proven experience in marketing, event planning, and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
