Job Description:
Moody Early Childhood Center is searching for a dynamic Social Media strategist to play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and increase engagement. From managing prospective client relationships to crafting compelling content, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our message resonates with our target audience.
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· 1-3 years experience with Social Media marketing or content development.
· Direct experience using Social Media management tools.
· Experience with Microsoft Office.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent digital media editing tools.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
· Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
· Excellent social listening skills.
· Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and Social Media space.
· Strong copywriting and editing skills.
· Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
· Detail oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Social Media Presence:
· Conceptualize and create Social Media marketing campaigns and strategies, content ideation and distribution, implementation schedules.
· Develop and execute internal promotional and Marketing campaigns to ensure core values of the company are known and upheld.
· Grow and expand our social presence into new platforms, whilst enhancing our presence on existing platforms. Platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Craigslist, Turbo Tenant, Twitter, and Instagram.
· Manage day-to-day Social Media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with online community.
Content Publishing:
· Be adept at maximizing views/followers by knowing trends and how to effectively and efficiently distribute content.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
· Ability to create consistent, high-quality graphic content for our Social Media platforms, including but not limited to; writing and editing Social Media posts, print ads, direct mail, brochures, flyers, videos, pictures, etc.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Monitor and report on Social Media KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
· Develop and forecast growth strategies using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram Insights, etc.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
· Engage customers through content aimed at turning prospects or followers into customers.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with followers through open and interactive communication.

Tools/Equipment Used: Computer, Camera, Social Media scheduling, analytics, editing, engagement, monitoring, and Marketing tools.

Lifting: Regular light lifting and carrying (less than 1 pounds)
Environment: Work inside and outside (exposure to sun, heat, cold, and inclement weather) exposure to noise.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
