Social Media Specialist

Duties:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Monitor Social Media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and optimize content accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
- Respond to comments and messages on Social Media platforms in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging Social Media platforms

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design
- Strong understanding of Social Media marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with video editing software is a plus
- Excellent research skills to identify target audiences and create relevant content
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a bonus
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation

Pay: $19.13 - $23.04 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
