Social Media Specialist (Entry Level)

Location: Hollister, CA

Position Overview:
We're looking for a passionate individual with a knack for video editing, basic graphic
designing, and an interest in Social Media analytics. This is an entry-level position
perfect for someone eager to kick-start their career in multimedia production and digital
marketing.
Responsibilities:
● Edit and produce engaging videos for various platforms, including Social Media,
website, and other marketing channels.
● Create basic graphic designs for Social Media posts, website banners, and
promotional materials.
● Assist in managing and analyzing Social Media accounts to optimize
performance and engagement.
● Track and analyze data from various Social Media platforms to help the business
make marketing decisions.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia production and
digital marketing.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
etc.).
● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
● Familiarity with Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn,
etc.).
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through multimedia content.
● Previous experience or coursework in multimedia production, graphic design, or
digital marketing is a plus.
