- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to enhance brand/company visibility and recognition.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Social Media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across platforms.
- Cultivate and expand presence on various social networks including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Foursquare, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and more.
- Curate and maintain company blog content and editorial calendar in alignment with Social Media updates.
- Monitor Social Media performance using analytical tools, employing optimization strategies to enhance traffic and engagement.
- Evaluate campaign success metrics and devise strategies for continual improvement.
- Strategize and execute paid Social Media advertising initiatives within allocated budgets.
- Establish and foster new media partnerships to extend brand reach.
- Foster engagement with Social Media influencers to amplify brand messaging.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively through Social Media channels.
- Develop captivating written and visual content for the company blog and Social Media platforms.
- Research emerging Social Media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities, providing insights to inform business strategies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations from Social Media trends and research to business strategists.
- Craft concise and compelling copy tailored to various platforms, websites, and social networks.
- Superb verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in Social Media management.
- Proficiency in Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Experience with web design, production, and creative design principles across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record in identifying and targeting specific audience segments with tailored campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
