About The Trainee Program
The Greenville Yard Gnomes are looking for motivated and dedicated trainees looking to begin or continue their careers in the sports industry. The trainee program is open to college students and recent college graduates. Trainee’s will be required to work all home games and some non-game day events and office requirements. This program is designed to showcase behind-the-scenes of working for a sports organization.

Timeline: May 6th – August 9th
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating the team's Social Media accounts (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including game updates, behind-the-scenes footage, promotions, and community initiatives.
- Monitor Social Media trends and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Attend community events to promote the team and capture content.
- Utilize analytics tools to track Social Media performance and user engagement.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and offer insights for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation
- $10/hour
