Title: Sales Associate
FLSA Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Sales Manager
Summary: To assist the Sales Consultant and facilitate the sale of new homes
Duties, responsibilities & expectations:
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet customers and answer their questions
- Conduct sales presentations within the model
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments with prospects
- Help with customer follow-up
- Ensure administrative duties are completed in a timely manner, including updating the prospect database
- Create and complete DCC home selections in Home Builder One
Skills:
- Welcome customers professionally
- Develop customer relationships by treating prospective homeowners with courtesy
- Follow-up communication
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Able to grow into other duties as assigned
Minimum education, experience & knowledge:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required

Other requirements:
- Must be available:
- Tuesday - Thursday – 11 am – 6 pm (Thursdays may require a 9am start)
- Friday – 11 am – 5 pm
- Saturday – 10 am – 5 pm
